Ingredients
1/2 cup sourdough starter (fed within last 24 hours)
1 1/3 cup warm filtered water
1/4 cup organic sugar (I use organic cane sugar)
3 1/2 - 4 cups of Organic Flour
1 1/2 tablespoons Olive oil
2 teaspoons Redmond salt
Preparation
Add starter to a bowl (preferrable glass). Mix in warm water and sugar. Mix together
Add in Flour, Oil, and Salt.
Mix with wooden spoon as much as you can.
Then wet hands and finish mixing.
Cover and let sit for 30-45 mins
After resting fold and strech dough and turn 1/4 turn and repeat until all sides are stretched.
Cover place some where warm and let rise for 8-10 hours.
I usually do this in the evening and then when I wake up I dump out dough on the floured counter top and stretch again. Cut dough in half, strech each in to a rectangle length of the bread pans dimple it with my fingers and roll it up in a log.
Grease pan with grass fed butter and put the loaf in. Let it rise till it doubles in size.1-2 hrs. Preheat the oven to 375 and bake for 30 mins.
