Egg salad w/ high protein

Ingredients

8 hard boild pasture rasied eggs

3/4 cup of cotttage cheese, I prefer good culture

1/4 cup of mayo (you can make this yourself)

1 tsp of salt 

1/2 tsp of pepper

1/2 tsp of garlic powder

1/2 tsp of paprika

4 green onions chopped

Preparation

Dice up hard boilded eggs and smash to your liking

Stir in the cottage cheese, mayo, green onions.

Add in all the seasonings 

You can then eat it like this or put on your fav piece of bread for a sandwhich.
