Chocolate Protein Crunch Cups

Ingredients

1 Cup Organic PB (without all the extra oils)

1 cup Honey or Maple, Local sourced honey.  I have done  half of each 

3 cups Organic Rice Puffs

1/2 cup dark Chocolate 

3 scoops choclate protein powder  (recommend just indgredients of)

 

Preparation

Mix ina bowl nut butter, syrup or maple or both, and protein powder. Mix well and add in the rice puffs. Mix well again.  Then put the them in muffin tins, pressing down to compact.  Then melt chocolate and drizzle it over the crips.  Frezze them for 30 mins and then you can  store them in a container.
