Ingredients
2 Pasture raised chicken breast
1 cup of Dill Pickle Juice
1 large pasture rasied egg
1 Cup of Raw or Organic Milk
1 Cup Non bleached organic Flour
1 Teaspoon paprika
1 Teaspoon pepper
1 Teaspoon salt
Optional
1 Tablespoon organic powder sugar
If Deep frying Peanut Oil or You can Air Fry them
Preparation
Put chicken breast in pickle juice in a glass bowl or baking dish for 30-60 mins.
Take chicken out and dice into 1 inch chunks.
Small bowl whisk together milk and egg.
Pour this over the diced chicken
In a large ziplock add flour, paprika, salt, and pepper. Optinal sugar they taste great without.
Seal the bag and mix shaking it to mix it all up.
Pepare your Air fryer or Oil.
Shake up the chicken in the ziplock baggie and then put them into oil or fryer. Oil you cook for 3-5 mins. Move to plate and pat off grease. Air Fryer 360 for 12 mins flip half way
