Ingredients
2 cups Milk (your choice)
1/2 tsp of calimari oil. You could use Cod liver oil or Tuna Omega as well.
1/4 tsp Calcifood powder- Standard Process
1 tsp Cyrofood Powder - Standard Process
1/4 tsp Calcium Lactate- Standard Process
1 Tablespoon Whey Protein
2 Teaspoons Coconut Oil
2 Teaspoons Grass fed butter or Raw Cream
2 Teaspoons Nutritional yeast.
Preparation
Start with the milk base, if your child is senstive to cows milk do goats milk. Any milk is best to do raw dairy from a high quality source as normal grocery store milk has been heated and depleted. Finding a good farmer you can source from is best option. In Utah Redmonds or Utah Natural Meats are the two I know of.
